By taking genetic tests from 23andMe, FamilyTreeDNA, MyHeritage or Ancestry, you learned only part of the information about yourself - a noticeable portion of your DNA has not been interpreted. For example, Ancestry customers didn't find out what medications are effective for them or their distant relatives, and MyHeritage customers didn't get information about disease risks and body features.
Genetic tests are divided into several types depending on what information they help to learn: health, effectiveness of medicines, ancestry, talents and abilities. For each type, certain genes are selected and only those genes are analysed. We can interpret the DNA analysis and find out much more than the test you did.
Now it is possible to add information that you did not know before: about the ethnic composition considering the peoples of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, about distant relatives, about predisposition to various diseases and food intolerances, about the body's reaction to various medicines, and even to reveal interesting features of your body and personality. Interpretation of gene analysis not only broadens the range of information, but also makes it possible to evaluate it in the light of new research data.
