I was quite surprised with the amount of information that this service provides, as it helped me to know more about myself and to be able to potential in the things that I benefit from and reinforce in the things that I do not
Genetic tests: Ancestry + Health
The results allowed me to know the predisposition to certain diseases, many of which coincided with already diagnosed diseases, which surprised me, as well as to know the efficacy of certain drugs

It's fascinating to see how your ancestors have persevered and travelled the world. But now it is possible to sum up the intermediate results of their fruitful work. Hello to the 6% of Italians, 11% of Abkhazians and Georgians and a separate salute to the 7% of Armenians. The fact that I'm prone to baldness and overweight could have been warned about 40 years ago, but the fact that I can perform well in triathlons, short-distance running and biathlons is especially important to know now.

We all call each other French, Belarusians, Chinese and so on. I am, one could say, a native Azerbaijani: my parents are Azerbaijani, my grandparents are Azerbaijanis, in general 99% of my family are Azerbaijanis. I'm not sure of one exception, but I think only my maternal great-great-grandmother was Ossetian and my grandfather's ancestors were Iranian Azerbaijanis. And how surprising it was that, according to the results of the study, I belong to the peoples of the Eastern Mediterranean, i.e. to the inhabitants of Cyprus, Jordanians and Lebanese, as much as 17.5% to Pakistan, and another 17% to the North Caucasus.

Given my surname Schwei, I expected to have many roots from Germany, but it turns out that there are none at all, but almost 17% from Finland. In second place with 12.5% are England and Scotland. Of course there is no surprise that 46% come from Russia and Ukraine, but quite unexpectedly there are Indian and Pakistani roots. I now look at my origins in a completely different way. Maybe it's because I have so much of that in my blood that I'm always tempted to go travelling somewhere!

Oh, how many wondrous discoveries our DNA has in store for us. I hope you're as surprised as I am. I've been impressed and laughing all day. I'm Lithuanian, guys. Belarussians are expected by their grandmother. My mother in her youth looked like a Moldovan Rotaru. But the Estonians, the Swedes?! Ukrainians in 8th place. Actually almost everyone in my family claimed to be Ukrainian. I even have "Ukrainian" written on my birth certificate. And the funniest thing is at the very bottom of the block. I am going on a trip to my native land, in general! Sveiki visi, as we say in Lithuania. And, well, judging by the number of coincidental mutations, my ancestors were normal to burn with the Neanderthals.

I have inherited genes from my father and mother, and they in turn from their parents, those from their parents and so on. Therefore, my DNA contains grains of my grandparents' genes, who lived 300, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000 years ago. I don't know anything about them. What colour was their skin? What did they look like? What language did they speak? Where did they live? What did they do? In order to answer the question of what nationality I am, I decided to take a DNA test, and I waited for the results for about 2 months. And now I can say that I am a man of peace. I think this test should be mandatory for all people, then maybe there will be fewer nationalists.
